Technical Description
The KodiakCut30000 with exchange table is a CNC-controlled fiber laser plate cutting system engineered for industrial production environments.
The machine features a rigid welded steel machine bed, precision rack-and-pinion transmission and high-torque servo drives to ensure excellent positioning accuracy and dynamic performance.
An intelligent laser cutting head with capacitive height control automatically adapts focus and standoff distance to the material surface.
Advanced process functions such as multi-stage piercing, automatic re-cutting and proprietary deformation compensation algorithms improve cutting reliability and edge quality, particularly on thicker or stressed plates.
The independently controlled dual-table exchange system allows parallel loading and unloading, significantly reducing non-productive time.
