The FortisForm 300 pro is a high-performance roll forming system designed for efficient production of C, Z and U profiles, combining high forming speed, precise punching and fast digital size changeover in a compact and robust machine design.
FortisForm 300 pro produces C and Z profiles at high speed with integrated pre-punching and cutting, ensuring accurate length and hole positioning. Its digital size adjustment and quick-change CZ modules enable fast profile change overs with minimal downtime.
Technical Description
The FortisForm 300 pro is an automated roll forming machine for cold-formed steel profiles, engineered for industrial production of structural C and Z sections.
The system integrates decoiling, feeding, leveling, hydraulic pre-punching, roll forming, post-cutting and material outfeed into one continuous production line.
A servo-driven roll forming system with 21 forming stations ensures consistent profile geometry, while integrated hydraulic punching allows flexible hole patterns without secondary operations.
Digital size control and one-key profile changeover significantly reduce setup times, while the industrial PC-based control system ensures precise length control and repeatable production results.
