The CobraCut360 combines advanced fiber laser technology with heavy-duty machine design to deliver precise, flexible, and highly efficient cutting of open profiles and tubes in the structural steel sections – optimized for modern steel fabrication.
The CobraCut360 enables high-precision cutting, beveling, and marking of steel profiles and tubes in one automated process. Its four-chuck system, intelligent centering, and advanced software ensure maximum material utilization, welding-ready edges, and consistent cutting quality.
Technical Description
The CobraCut360 is a CNC-controlled fiber laser profile cutting machine designed for continuous industrial operation in steel fabrication environments.
Equipped with a synchronized four-chuck system, automatic centering during processing, and a 3D bevel cutting head, the machine enables precise cutting of round, square, rectangular tubes, and open profiles with minimal residual material.
The system supports bevel cuts up to 45° (X, K, Y types) and optional laser marking. Intelligent path optimization, rapid leap motion, and real-time Z-axis compensation significantly reduce idle times while maintaining high dimensional accuracy.
A fully enclosed safety cabin, heavy-duty welded machine bed, and modular design ensure long-term stability, safety, and serviceability.
